I worked mostly with Johnny. What impressed me the most was his transparency. We had an issue with the house. Johnny made sure that everyone was fully informed and helped all of us work through the situation. Very professional. I also appreciated Johnny's helpfulness when responding to the inspection needs. Johnny clearly knows his business.

Our listing, inherited when parents passed away, went live in March 2020 just as Covid shut down most activities. CeCe was diligent and continued to "work" the property with open houses and showings despite the disruptions. She was a great sounding board, providing direction and encouragement throughout the sale process. Even when the property did not sell as quickly as I believe we all thought it would (awesome location, size and amenities not in surrounding homes, plus Covid), she assured us that the right buyer was out there. We had one contract that did not close because of the lender, which was frustrating, but she assured us that we had provided more than enough time for the buyer and lender, as we terminated the contract and relisted the house. She began working a new offer within a very short period of time, maximizing the sales price while limiting our closing costs. My brother and I were extremely happy with CeCe and the manner in which she handled mom and dad's home, knowing there was a tremendous amount of emotion and memories present. I know it sounds like a clich?', but I know mom and dad would be happy with the process and how CeCe handled our listing.
